What documentation should my non-US employees have?
At minimum, all international employees need a valid work visa, an I-94 Form and a Social Security number.  Other documentation varies depending on the visa program.

How long will employees be able to work for my company?
The length of work stay in the U.S. depends on which visa the employee is working under. 
J-1 visa: Up to 4 months
J-1 paid internship: Up to 18 months
H-2B visa:  Up to 10 months (determined by the U.S. Department of Labor) 
Q-1 visa: Up to 15 months. 

What international visas do International employees need to work at my company?
The type of visa necessary depends on the work being performed.
J-1 visa: If your workers are seasonal workers.
H-2B visa:  If you have a longer than three to four months term, intermittent or peak needs
Q-1 visa: If you are looking for someone to include in an international cultural exchange program.
