What countries can I get workers from?
wap works with partners and affiliates in numerous countries where we can readily attain work visas and recruit the most capable workers. The majority of workers come from Eastern European countries, South American countries, the Caribbean and Asia. If there is a particular country you are interested in, please ask.

What about travel and housing?
Although
wap does not directly secure housing and international travel for workers, we are available for coordination and support.  We will help workers get started, get here and get settled.

Do I get to meet and interview potential employees?
At
wap we cater to your needs.  You can travel with wap to the country of your choice to interview employees, interview them over the telephone or let us do the interviewing for you.

Will you help get my company get our paperwork together?
wap will help you understand the requirements necessary to hire and employ an international worker, but the ultimate responsibility for following all Department of Labor and State Department regulations is a shared responsibility between wap and you, the employer. Please review the employer related forms and information that will help you understand what your requirements are.
