Employing International Workers
International workers have a very specific set of needs.  wap is always available to assist you in addressing those needs.
 ▪  When communicating to the workers, speak clearly as English may not be the employee’s first
     language.
 ▪  Workers often experience culture shock at the beginning of their program. To mitigate this risk,
     assist the worker in adjusting to your work culture by assigning a buddy
 ▪  Use the worker’s peers to assist you in improving communication and clarifying needs
 ▪  Give constructive feedback as issues arise

Costs
wap does not charge the employer for programs or recruiting services unless you request a small number of H-2B workers only at which time WAP will assess your fees individually.
