John W. Vinson is a Texas attorney (licensed in 1986) with extensive experience in various immigration matters, as well as general litigation, legal counsel and regulatory agency experience. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
John assists with all legal matters related to various international work visa programs with specific focus on the H-2B and Q-1 visa programs. His primary responsibilities include assisting with filing and processing:

▪ Petitions for Nonimmigrant Workers with the U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.
